COVID-19 - The business is open and operating as normal (as long as the Post Office remains open). Please allow extra time for deliveries all of which are now sent 'signed for'.
The business is run from my home now with the kitchen table becoming my office and the spare room is now the warehouse. Orders delivered to the Post Office utilising their 'Drop & Go' facility so simply run in, leave parcels and back home.
The only issues I have found has been with Amazon, in particular Amazon ITALY with customers claiming non-receipt of goods, requesting a refund, taking advantage of the delayed deliveries and Amazon refunding the customers and products also deliveries. I am trying to exit the market but for now, everything 'signed for' to speed deliveries.
