SHIPPING
UK DOMESTIC
Shipping costs are calculated on weight and shipped using the Royal Mail 2nd Class 'Signed For' service. Royal Mail charge for a small parcel is £4.00. This charge is applied to UK domestic orders with goods purchased up to the value of £99.00. Free UK shipping for orders over £99.00
Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive UK orders.
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping cost of all orders is calculated by weight and shipped using the Royal Mail 'International Signed & Tracked'. For a breakdown, please visit; https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international
We ship to most countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending upon weight.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you need to return something, please send in original packaging with tags still attached. Please return to;

RETURNS (UK) - you have 30 days from receipt of goods to return any items
RETURNS (INTERNATIONAL) - you have 45 days from receipt of goods to return any items
The refund is simply processed upon receipt and funds credited back on the card or PayPal account used to pay for the goods.
EXCHANGES - Any exchanged item is only shipped once we are in receipt of the original purchase at Activemen Clothing. We only contact you if there is an issue with the returned item.
Any SALE items can only be returned for an exchange. Full refunds will not be offered.
