Delivery Information

Delivery estimates are available below. Most orders will receive tracking updates automatically depending on the service you selected at checkout.

UK Delivery

 FREE UK shipping on all orders over £80

Orders placed by 2.30pm Monday to Friday will leave the UK warehouse the same day. UK shipments will usually arrive within 5-7 business days during the Coronavirus Pandemic.

EUROPE Delivery

All deliveries are made using International Tracked Royal Mail. Deliveries to Southern Europe are currently taking about three weeks, please be patient, hopefully we will all be out of this soon. 

INTERNATIONAL Delivery

We ship to most countries, email dayle@activemenclothing.com for shipping costs.

 


Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return something, please send in original packaging and tags must not have been removed. Please return to-;

To process your return, we must receive it back at our warehouse within 30 days of you receiving your original order.

Your return will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the item(s) back. You will not receive an automated update when your return arrives back at our warehouse, rest assured our returns team will process it within the above time frame of 14 days. For exchanges there will be no notification emails sent to you unless we are unable to process according to your requests. For refunds you will receive an email once the refund is processed. Please note banks can take up to 7 days to make the refund available in your account.

Any SALE items can only be returned for an exchange. Full refunds will not be offered.
